You can also use myfuture to search for Australian courses and scholarships for study in Australia or while you are still overseas.


Study opportunities

You can conduct research on myfuture to learn about courses at Australian universities and at other organisations.

You can also study externally or online while still living outside Australia.

Go to The Facts. Find the heading Education and Training. Select Courses and Programs. 

To do a simple search enter a key word in the search box.Click on the search button.

To find courses that you can study externally use the Refine Search criteria. Scroll down to Attendance Mode at the bottom of the search page.
Select External or Online.

To select more than one mode, hold down the control key while selecting each mode and make sure that All is not selected.

Scroll back up to the search box. Enter key words. 

These searches will give you a list of courses matching your requirements.

Click on a course from the list to find out more information, such as course content, length of the course, entry requirements and whether or not you can study externally as an international student.

You can also find contact details of the training provider. If you have any further questions about the course, you might like to contact them directly. 
 


Scholarships

To find scholarships on myfuture, go to The Facts. Find the heading Funding and select Scholarships. 

You can conduct a keyword search for a scholarship.
 
You can also search with or without a key word, using the Refine Search criteria.

Experiment with different searches.

Click on the link to a particular scholarship for more information.

Most scholarships have a statement of eligibility. Please read this to find out whether the scholarship is open to international students.

You can also obtain the contact details of the scholarship provider. We recommended that you contact them directly if you have any specific questions about the scholarship.


Postgraduate research opportunities

To find out more about postgraduate courses and research opportunities select The Facts.

Find the heading Education and Training. Select Courses and Programs.

You can conduct a simple search. Enter key words like ‘research’ in the search box.

Click on the search button.

This will give you a list of courses that match your requirements.
